What is an PDF rotation tool?
Scanners and phone cameras often save pages sideways or upside down, and rotating a page in a PDF viewer only changes how it looks on your screen. A PDF rotation tool changes the orientation stored inside the file itself, so the document opens correctly for everyone who receives it.
Rotation adds to any rotation a page already has, so running the tool twice at 90° gives a 180° turn.
