What is a CSV to Excel converter?
A CSV file is plain text, so opening it in Excel can scramble columns, turn long IDs into scientific notation or strip leading zeros. A CSV to Excel converter reads the file with the right delimiter and writes a proper .xlsx workbook, so the data is ready to sort, filter and format straight away.
Dates are kept exactly as written in the CSV. Excel can convert them with Text to Columns or the Format Cells dialog once the file is open.

Commas, semicolons, tabs and pipes are detected from the file, which fixes the common problem of everything landing in column A.
